Although Phi Taus are active members in the chapter for only a few short years, the experience forges bonds of brotherhood that last beyond their college days. One of our traditions of brotherhood is the big brother program. In their first few weeks in the chapter, associate brothers select an initiated brother to be a mentor and help guide them through the new member process. These big brothers start a family tree of brotherhood that extends throughout the chapter.
