We, the brothers of Phi Kappa Tau's Alpha Delta Chapter, aim to be contributing members of Case Western Reserve University by supporting and upholding academic endeavor, treating all members of the CWRU community with dignity and respect, and encouraging close enduring relationships among members of the students, faculty, and staff of the university. We shall aim to be upstanding members of the Greek Community. Striving for improvement, we will never be satisfied with the ordinary, and will settle for nothing less than to be outstanding individuals dedicated to the advancement of our chapter, our university, our country, and ourselves.

We shall strive for service to the community directed to the organizations, locally and nationally, that aim to benefit those who are less fortunate.

We shall endeavor to keep the ties of brotherhood forged in Phi Kappa Tau as everlasting. Our brotherhood shall be an individual and collective experience, a commitment and a responsibility.

We shall integrate and support alumni involvement through active alumni activities based on the foundation of lifelong brotherhood.

At Case Western Reserve University, we shall endeavor to better ourselves holistically as men of mind, body, and spirit. We shall strive to accumulate and disseminate knowledge, live a healthy lifestyle, and to explore and understand the human spirit.

Through incorporating the ideals expressed within this Mission Statement into the everyday lives of its members, the goal of the Alpha Delta Chapter of the Phi Kappa Tau Fraternity is to strive to develop individuals who make a lifelong commitment to these values of betterment in hopes of continuing the vision of the chapter.
